The house
Three generations,one idea of hospitality
Grandfather Bruno opened with six rooms and a tiled stove. The stove is still in the reading room,and in winter we light it every evening at five.
Since then we have added a spa,rebuilt the kitchen three times and learned the names of a good number of guests who come back every year. Everything else is unchanged:stone pine,slow breakfasts and no rush.

Home cooking,kept in order
A short menu that changes weekly:four starters,three pasta dishes,three mains. Bread comes out of the oven at six in the morning.
Breakfast runs from 7:30 to 10:30 with eggs cooked to order,mountain butter and the cake of the day. Dinner is at 7:30 pm,everyone together.
