Website and booking terms

1. Website purpose

The website presents the accommodation and allows enquiries or quotation requests. Sending a form does not automatically create a booking.

2. Booking contract

A booking is concluded only after the hotel sends confirmation stating dates, room, total price, taxes, rate terms, payment and cancellation rules.

3. Prices

Published prices must clearly state inclusions. Tourist tax and optional services may be charged separately where applicable. Any booking engine must show the unavoidable total before ordering.

4. Payment

Methods, deposits, pre-authorisations and refunds follow the selected offer. Payment-provider details must be added when activated.

5. Cancellation and no-show

The selected rate terms apply and refundable and non-refundable rates must be clearly distinguished.

6. Withdrawal

The statutory 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to accommodation for a specific date or period. Contractual cancellation rights remain applicable.

7. Stay rules

Check-in, check-out, occupancy, pets, smoking, spa and services are governed by the confirmation and hotel rules supplied before or at booking.

8. Content and availability

Images are illustrative; availability is confirmed only by the authorised booking system or staff.

9. Complaints
